MELANIE BRIDGES

Melanie specializes in helping families with their home purchase or sale.  She will listen to you and direct your search and/or sale with your goals being top priority. She has consistently been awarded for Customer Service surveys.  Being in new home sales, for 15 years, will enable her to guide you every step of the way, should a new home be in your future!   Her experience in the area will serve as an asset to you should you look for resale homes. She is very knowledgeable of the areas in Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pasco County, as this is where she has lived and worked for many years.  Her youngest son grew up in Pasco County where she was able to live a dream by having her own horses!    This is where she lives, works and plays.  Whether you desire Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Dade City or anywhere in between – Melanie is here to help you!
