Luisa Barnes, 24, is a Tampa native with a strong housing industry background and raised in “a
real estate family”. Growing up with a father in real estate and a mother in interior design she
grew very fond of the essence of homes. Her interest gained in real estate as a single family
home property manager when her neighbor moved out of state and gave her the opportunity to
manage their home. Moving forward she went into the leasing industry and came to learn she
loved the interaction and satisfaction of helping people find the perfect home. She attained her
State License in 2015 and had been checking into different brokerages, and attending
welcoming classes when she discovered the Agile Realty Group, with Real Living Casa Fina
Realty and loved how welcoming and helpful the entire team and brokerage was.

She is now the Transaction Coordinator for the Agile Realty Group and licensed realtor.

A current college student with a strong academic background, broad customer service, and
administrative skills. Working since fourteen, she’s organized, dependable, ethical and possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A problem-solver who readily adapts to
change, and exceeds expectations. Possess advanced analytical abilities, adept with latest
technologies and marketing/social media streams.
